COTTAGE CHEESE QUEso
Cottage cheese lover or not this recipe is a CROWD pleaser. Filled with protein & those taco flavors we love, this dish is too simple not to try even if you haven’t made it to the cottage cheese side yet. Don’t be afraid to spice this up either, or add your own twist.
What you’ll need:
Good Culture Cottage cheese (I prefer whole fat)
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 T Taco seasoning mild(I use Siete)
1/4 cup water
1 small can green chiles
1 cup ground beef
(Hot sauce optional)

How you’ll make it:
Start by adding cottage cheese, shredded cheese, water and taco seasoning to a blender. I added a little more than 1 T to give it an extra flavor since my ground beef was plain. Blend this on medium until completely smooth. Pour into a glass bowl then add chiles & ground beef, microwave until warm all the way through. Serve with hot sauce, a squeeze of lime & your favorite tortilla chips.
