PROTEIN BAGEL
Sunday brunch just got a whole lot better, these bagels are only 2 ingredients & are packed with all the protein a typical bagel lacks. This recipe can be made into a so many different flavors & styles so start with the base and let your imagination run wild. This recipes makes 4 small bagels so double it for brunch!!
What you’ll need:
1 cup blended cottage cheese
1 cup (gf) or normal self rising flour
Additional toppings/flavors

How you’ll make it:
Start by blending 1 cup of cottage cheese in the blender. Add it to a bowl with 1 cup of self rising flour & mix/knead until combine. After your base is mixed add whatever toppings/flavors. (Cinnamon, sugar, blueberry, asiago, jalapeño, etc). I did 1/2 cup white cheddar + jalapeño slices on top. Roll into equal sized balls & poke a hole in the middle, place in the air fryer at 350 for about 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. Slice & serve with cream cheese, eggs, bacon or your favorite bagel toppings!!!
