Kung Pao Chicken

Sweet & spicy flavor that couldn’t be easier to make & is faster to cook then getting take-out! This one will make it to your weekly line up!

What you’ll need:
2 chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
4 green onions
Olive oil
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 cup Arrowroot powder
Coconut aminos
Water
Honey
Rice vinegar
Sesame oil
Garlic
Sriracha

How you’ll make it:
In a medium pan add 2 T of olive oil & start sautéing the chopped red pepper. While the pepper is cooking begin to cut all your chicken into equal size pieces of your desire. Once the peppers are soft add in diced chicken along with salt/pepper/onion powder/garlic powder/paprika. Keep mixing until evenly cooked. While the chicken is cooking mix together 1/2 cup coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, garlic sriracha, water and 1 T of arrowroot powder to thicken. Add in 1/4 cup peanuts to the pan and stir. Pour the sauce over the top of the mixture & reduce heat to low. Let simmer & thicken until everything is mixed together & evenly coated. Top with green onions & serve over rice or with a veggie!
