Breakfast sausage bites
This recipe has become a staple in my weekly meal prep. Everyone I have made these for requests ANOTHER batch, they are so good & the best part is they only require 3 ingredients.
What you’ll need:
1 lb organic breakfast sausage
1 cup gluten free flour
8oz organic raw cheddar cheese

How you’ll make it:
Start by adding the pound of breakfast sausage to a large bowl, along with 1 cup of flour. Shred your cheese then add that to the bowl as well. Mix all 3 ingredients until able to form into balls. Roll into 1inch balls & place on a lined baking sheet. Place in the oven at 375 for about 25 minutes! Serve warm with any meal or as a snack. Baking time may vary if your rolled bites are larger or smaller!
