GF Sundried TOmato & Chicken Pasta

PASTA lovers! This gluten free sun-dried tomato pasta is filled with flavor, creaminess & packed with protein!

What you’ll need:
GF pasta or Chickpea Pasta
Sundered tomatos
Cream or half & half
Spinach
Chicken Breast 
Parmesan cheese
Chicken stock

How you’ll make it:

Boil your pasta as directed. In a separate pan add olive oil and bite sized chopped chicken breast until fully cooked. Strain pasta, leave in strainer. In the same pan you cooked the pasta add 2 cups cream, chopped sun-dried tomato, chopped spinach, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper and grated Parmesan. Let bubble. Reduce heat add 1/2 cup of chicken stock. Add in the chicken, then your pasta back in and let come together into a creamy pasta dish!
