ASIAN LETTUCE WRAPS
You will LOVE these Asian inspired wraps that are gluten free and dairy free. High in protein, packed with veggies all cooked in a delicious soy sauce free sauce! You can do rice bowls, lettuce wraps or even a stuffed pepper, however you serve it, its made in one pot so the clean up is easy!
What you’ll need:
-1lb ground beef
-1 red bell pepper
-1 cup mushrooms chopped
-1 heaping cup of shredded carrots
-Small can of water chestnuts
For the sauce:
-1 cup coconut aminos
-1 Tablespoon of sesame oil
-1 Tablespoon of rice vinegar
-1/4 cup honey

How you’ll make it:
Start by browning your ground beef in a large pot. Once cooked add in all your chopped veggies, cover and cook on low medium to soften the veggies. While that’s cooking whisk together all your sauce ingredients then pour it over the meat and veggie mixture. Stir until all combine & serve with some crunchy lettuce for a low carb GF option.
