PARMESEAN & SPINACH CHICKEN

Its easier then it looks & it goes well with just about any side dish. Orzo, rice, pasta, lemon dressed greens, steamed broccoli.

Here’s what you need:
2 cups organic Heavy Cream
Handful of spinach
2 T Grass fed butter
1 Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lemon, juiced
Fresh garlic
Free range chicken breast (1-2)
Salt/pepper/onion powder

Here’s how to make it:
Heat up butter in skillet, add freshly grated garlic & slowly sauté spinach into the melted butter. Stir in heavy cream, lemon, seasoning until heated. Melt in grated parmesan & simmer on low. 
Season your chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & air fry for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. 
Place cooked chicken into the sauce, serve with steamed broccoli or favorite starch.
