BOYFRIEND NACHOS

I names these “boyfriend nachos” because I originally came up with this recipe by playing around with different combinations after my boyfriend was repeatedly asking for nachos for dinner. I wanted something perfectly balanced between healthy, high protein, gluten free & still DELICIOUS that I could enjoy with him. This recipe starts out simple but you can add as many more toppings as you LIKE! I hope you try this recipe, love it & it gets the approval.

This makes 2-4 servings

What you’ll need:

1 bag of “Siete” tortilla chips

1-8oz container of “Chipotle Bitchin Sauce”

1 Red Bell pepper

1 can of black beans

Siete Taco Seasoning packet

1/2-1 pound ground beef

Optional but delish:

Cherry tomatos

Jalapenos

How you’ll make it:

Start by grounding your beef & adding the packet of Siete taco seasoning. You can add the black beans to this step as well, or heat separately.

Prep by cutting red bell pepper, cherry tomato, whatever other veggies you might add & melt the the “Bitchin Sauce” until warm through.

Layer on your serving plate “Siete” tortilla chips, taco meat + bean mixture. melted “Chipotle Bitchin Sauce” & all your veggies!

You can leave in a warm oven to keep warm but best to serve & eat right away!
