CLEAN & CLASSIc SLoppy joes
This one is a classic, but modernized from a packet of sloppy joe mix & a can of Manwhich to a simple & clean version that’s easy to make & high in protein for any meal. Short. simple & too the point..theres no life story before this recipe it goes like this:
What you’ll need:
1lb of organic grass-fed beed (preferred)
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow onion
2 T butter or ghee
2 T tomato paste
1 T Ketchup
1 T Yellow mustard
2 T Soy Sauce
1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder/Onion Powder (core 4)

How to make it:
Start by sautéing diced green pepper & onion in hot pan with butter or ghee.
Once soft, add in 1 pound of ground beef until browned & mix in the core 4. When the beef is browned, add in a heaping spoonful of tomato paste, acv, soy sauce, ketchup & mustard. Mix altogether in a pan while on low heat. Once combined add more salt/pepper to taste & you’re done!
Serve on sprouted buns, on shredded lettuce or alone.
