STEAK & BROccoli

What you’ll need:
1lb Flank Steak
1 Red bell pepper
1 head broccoli
Coconut aminos
Ginger
Garlic
Arrowroot powder
Sesame seeds
Rice vinegar
Honey
Crushed red pepper

How you’ll make it:
Start by cooking down your chopped veggies in a hot pan with some olive oil & cover to let steam.
Once cooked take out of the pan & set aside.
Next slice your flank steak into thin strips & place in hot pan with olive oil. Begin searing your steak for about 5 minutes. 
While that’s cooking mix together about 1/2 cup of coconut aminos, spoonful of garlic, teaspoon of ginger, 2 T of honey, 2 T of rice vinegar, pinch of arrowroot powder to thicken & whisk. Set aside.
Once the steak is cooked to your liking add the veggies back into the pan and mix together. Slowly add in your sauce & turn to low, let simmer to combine sauce with everything else. Top with sesame seeds & serve with rice, or don’t!
